Finance Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Finance Senior Supervisor will establish and ensure adherence to financial processes, controls, and objectives to support program delivery, applying J&J procedures and accounting best practices. This role supports financial close activities, project accounting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support site financial planning activities and develop detailed project budgets, analyses, and executive forecasts.
• Identify and present critical insights related to project objectives, opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Assist with SAP implementation from a cost accounting perspective and build cross‑functional partnerships across Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to senior management and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4‑6 years of multinational experience with advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, technical accounting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of driving continuous operational improvements and managing multiple projects.
