About the role
Haleon, a global consumer health company, is looking for a Finance Intern to support the accounting close processes for its COE sites. The intern contributes to key financial operations and reporting, gaining exposure to global finance practices while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Execute transaction interfaces between ERP systems
- Prepare journal entries and accruals
- Compile data for monthly and quarterly corporate reports
- Support external audit requirements
- Measure stakeholder service levels through data compilation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Technical high school degree in Accounting (highly desirable)
- 1-2 years of experience in General Ledger (preferred)
- Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation processes (preferred)
- Advanced English level (B2 minimum)
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate proficiency in business applications
- Data analytics capabilities
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
