Over de functie
Als Farmaceutisch kwaliteitsmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie, het onderhoud en de continue verbetering van het kwaliteitssysteem volgens ISO 9001. Daarnaast zorg je voor de farmaceutische regie en waarborg je de naleving van alle wettelijke eisen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van documentatie (procedures, instructies, registers).
- Behandelen van afwijkingen, uitvoeren van interne en externe audits en uitvoeren van root‑cause analyses.
- Controleren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen en stimuleren van continue verbetering.
- Waarborgen van de farmaceutische regelgeving en compliance.
- Beheren van systemen zoals SAP Business One.
Gewenst profiel
- Afgeronde opleiding Farmacie.
- Lid van het Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Costa Rica (actueel).
- Gecertificeerd in ISO 9001:2015.
- Minimaal 2‑3 jaar ervaring in kwaliteitsborging binnen de farmaceutische sector.
- Ervaring met interne/extern audits, BPAD en distributie is een pré.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- SAP Business One.
- ISO 9001:2015.
- BPAD.
