Experienced Trade Operations Analyst – Orthopedics

About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Analyst to support Trade Operations within its Orthopedics business. The role will focus on the Global Transportation and Trade Operations (GTTO) for a new manufacturing site in Costa Rica, known as the Epsilon Project, and will help establish a state‑of‑the‑art operating model for all import and export activities under a Free Trade Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Control and execute GTTO processes for the new Costa Rica manufacturing site.
- Manage import and export operations within the Free Trade Zone.
- Coordinate transportation activities to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Support the separation of the Orthopedics business into the standalone DePuy Synthes entity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in trade operations, logistics, or supply chain analysis.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and Free Trade Zone procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with cross‑functional teams.
