Technical High School Intern – Logistics Operations

About the role

Join Kuehne+Nagel Global Services as a Technical High School Intern and gain hands‑on experience in freight logistics and operations. You will support daily administrative and operational tasks, helping to keep shipments and inventory moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and operational activities within the assigned department.
• Manage documentation, records, and reports following internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
• Support internal communication and coordination across teams.

Required profile

• Active student at a Technical High School (Colegio Técnico Profesional – CTP) in a relevant specialization such as Accounting, Information Technology, Logistics, Service Center Executive, Administrative Assistance, Customs, or Human Resources Management.
• Must complete a supervised internship as part of school requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn, strong teamwork attitude, proactiveness, attention to detail, and responsibility in task execution.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
