Executive Operations Associate (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Benson Law APC, a law firm guided by its owner Matt Benson, is hiring a full-time Executive Operations Associate to run the firm's day-to-day operations remotely. The associate integrates AI into modern legal practice workflows, reports directly to the owner and works from anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica or Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• CRM management in Airtable: enrich and dedupe contacts, keep outreach cadences on schedule, log interactions and prepare weekly outreach lists.
• Calendar and inbox management: schedule meetings, protect deep-work blocks and prepare the owner for calls.
• Outreach support: research attorneys and community partners, draft personalized emails and track replies.
• Process improvement: identify repetitive work and automate workflows with AI, Airtable or Make.

Required profile

• Fluent professional English, written and spoken; Spanish is a plus.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for work.
• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator or virtual assistant for a US-based executive.
• Availability from 8am to 1pm Pacific time at minimum.
• Discretion with confidential information and ability to sign an NDA.

Required skills

• Spreadsheets and Airtable proficiency.
• Make or Zapier experience is a plus.
