About the role
We are seeking a high‑energy Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. Based in Costa Rica, you will work closely with U.S. executives, managing calendars, travel, and day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars for the CEO and senior leaders across multiple time zones.
- Provide general administrative support, including phone handling, filing, and internet research.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for leadership.
- Maintain electronic and physical document filing systems for easy access.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Track ongoing projects, assist with research, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for client relations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proactive, high‑energy attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate leadership needs.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
