About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will bring leadership experience to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and produce reports and data analysis.
- Document processes, coordinate projects, and facilitate internal communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- At least one prior role held for 2 + years.
- Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.

- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
- Salary raises every six months.
