Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or customer‑service role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
