About the role
The Executive Assistant will support senior leaders at Guanacaste Airport, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly. This role involves managing calendars, handling correspondence, and preparing meeting materials. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other documents on behalf of executives.
- Respond to emails and document requests promptly, representing the executive’s office professionally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile briefing materials, and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Assist with logistical arrangements for internal and external events, including venue booking and catering.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in high-level administrative support or executive assistance.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
