About the role
We are seeking an Excel Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis, providing expert-level support for complex Excel files that drive business operations and strategy. The role involves reviewing, enhancing, and documenting Excel solutions, as well as sharing best‑practice templates for AI learning and workflow optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and improve complex Excel workbooks used in business processes.
- Provide detailed feedback and examples of Excel best practices for operational use cases.
- Design, document, and share reusable templates or solutions for AI learning purposes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify key workflows and operational challenges within Excel documents.
- Evaluate and simulate real‑world business problems using advanced Excel features.
Required profile
- Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and automation tools.
- Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations or consulting environments.
- Strong analytical ability to solve complex, non‑financial business problems using Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables)
- Excel automation (macros, VBA, Power Query)
- Data analysis and scenario modeling in Excel
- Workflow optimization using Excel
