EUC Engineer - Vulnerability Management

About the role

As an Engineer on the End User Computing Vulnerability Management team, you will review and prioritize endpoint vulnerabilities, build automation to drive remediation, and maintain device health across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Use Tenable and other security scanning tools to identify and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities within defined SLAs.
• Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoint configurations and policies for all platforms to meet security benchmarks.
• Create and maintain software deployment packages for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Develop documentation for administrators, Service Desk, and end users.
• Provide root‑cause analysis and resolve systemic end‑user issues in collaboration with IT teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a related field, including 3+ years in system administration.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Tenable vulnerability scanning.
• Scripting with PowerShell, Batch, Shell or Python.
• Windows and macOS operating‑system administration.
• Enterprise Mobility Management tools such as Intune, Workspace ONE or JAMF.
• Automation via APIs, Ansible and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Agile methodologies.
