Sondel SA is looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility and support growth initiatives. The role blends analytical insight with creative execution to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Implement merchandising plans at points of sale.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
• Manage social media content and oversee customer interaction on digital platforms.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create advertising concepts for product and service promotions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, advertising, public relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable possession of a B1 driving license.
