About the role
We’re hiring entry‑level Customer Service Representatives in Belén, Heredia, Costa Rica to join Bill Gosling Outsourcing. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with questions and general inquiries
- Provide clear and professional information over the phone
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow established procedures and call flows
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every call
Required profile
- No previous call center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B2+ English level
- Basic computer skills
- Customer‑focused and positive attitude
