About the role

The Purchasing and Billing Manager will plan, coordinate and execute the procurement and invoicing processes, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services, accurate client billing, and solid administrative‑accounting support in line with internal quality, cost and time policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders based on inputs from Services, Engineering and Commercial areas.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers on quality, price and delivery time, and negotiate terms.
• Issue purchase orders, supervise material receipt and verify specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of purchases, contracts, suppliers and performance evaluations.
• Create internal combos and movements required for billing, generate client invoices and upload them to each client’s platform.
• Coordinate order shipments with the warehouse and produce monthly billing closure reports.
• Support accounting by entering accounts‑payable invoices and assisting with billing closures.
• Arrange travel tickets, vehicle reservations and accommodation for staff traveling abroad.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience as a Purchasing and Billing Manager.
• Diploma, technical or assistant degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and experience with ERP or purchasing‑billing systems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from ¢800,000 to ¢1,000,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
