Enablement Program Manager (Hybrid, Costa Rica)

About the role

Cornerstone, a workforce readiness AI platform used by about 7,000 organizations worldwide, is hiring a Customer Enablement Program Manager in Costa Rica on a hybrid basis. The role plans, executes and evaluates major customer enablement initiatives linked to Cornerstone OnDemand priorities, with measurable outcomes tied to product adoption, expansion and renewals. It also coordinates sessions, manages project documentation and keeps stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic customer enablement programs, meeting quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain program documentation such as charters, workplans, risk mitigation plans and change logs.
• Set up feedback channels to capture and synthesize customer needs and improvement ideas.
• Facilitate stakeholder, SME and team sprint meetings, document decisions and drive action items.
• Use AI tools to streamline program management and turn feedback into insights, then review them for accuracy.
• Monitor progress against milestones, address risks and dependencies, and deliver status reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a SaaS program management role focused on AI solutions.
• Agile certifications such as PMI ACP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on customer enablement solutions.
• Ability to influence metrics such as customer engagement, product adoption and net promoter score.
• Preferred: PSM I or CSPO certification, coaching experience, and experience with go-to-market and implementation teams.

Required skills

• AI-powered project management software, including Asana.
• Cloud communication tools such as Slack and MS Teams.
• Daily use of AI tools in work, with critical evaluation of their output.
