About the role
We are looking for experienced sales executives to join our legal services team in San José. The position is fully onsite at our office on Calle Blancos and involves selling specialized legal services to prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, cold‑calling and prospecting to generate new leads.
- Manage high‑volume telephone interactions, including surveys and follow‑ups.
- Engage clients via WhatsApp and social media platforms to present services and close sales.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms and ensure targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities.
Required profile
- Proven commercial experience, especially in call‑center environments or telephone sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and high‑volume call handling.
- Strong orientation toward closing deals and achieving sales goals.

What we offer
- Base salary of ₡430,000 per month plus commission.
- Full social security benefits.
- Standard work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 5:36 pm.
