Early Careers Intern - Campus Recruitment

About the role

Moody's Early Careers team attracts and develops campus and entry-level talent, supporting its global strategy for recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and retention of interns and early-career people. As an Early Careers Intern, you will join the team and gain hands-on exposure to Talent Attraction and campus recruitment, working alongside colleagues across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in developing and running campus recruitment and Talent Attraction initiatives
• Help plan, coordinate and run career fairs, university events and other Early Careers activities
• Work with colleagues to strengthen Moody's presence and engagement with students and early-career talent
• Contribute to social media and recruitment marketing, creating content that promotes Early Careers and the employer brand
• Collaborate with Talent Development and other People teams on intern and early-career talent development
• Build relationships with colleagues and cross-functional partners, and support global internship activities and events
• Look for ways to use AI and digital tools to improve recruiting, candidate experience and team efficiency

Required profile

• Undergraduate student working toward a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field
• Expected graduation in 2028; anticipated start date March 2027
• Previous relevant experience, including internships, in Talent Attraction, HR, recruitment, employer branding or related areas is preferred
• Interest in event planning (career fairs, university recruiting) and project management within HR
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management, and good verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Customer orientation, teamwork and critical thinking
• Exposure to financial services, banking or financial markets is a plus
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices; familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot is preferred
