EA Renewals Analyst

About the role

Accenture is expanding its Digital Inside Sales team and is looking for an EA Renewals Analyst to join the Microsoft DIS Global EA Renewals group. In this role you will drive the renewal sales motion for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contracts, ensuring customers stay on the latest cloud and licensing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end customer renewal process, from outreach to closure.
• Qualify leads, convert them into renewal opportunities, and hand them over to Partner Connection Managers.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of EA renewal deals to meet revenue targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across industries and company sizes.
• Understand each customer’s current Microsoft license position and promote Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve sales revenue targets through outbound outreach.
• Strong communication skills for pitching value propositions and negotiating renewals.
• Experience working with enterprise‑level customers and managing complex renewal cycles.
