Driver Assistant II – Transportation Support

About the role

The Driver Assistant II supports the safe and efficient transport of goods, materials and products across the country. Working under regular guidance, you will assist drivers on‑road, handle loading and unloading tasks, manage money and electronic devices, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist drivers in transporting goods, materials, products or equipment to their final destinations.
• Load and unload complex items according to the scheduled plan.
• Provide courteous customer service, handle cash transactions and operate electronic devices for documentation.
• Ensure all required delivery paperwork, confirmations and recipient signatures are completed and updated.
• Participate in mandatory training activities.
• Follow all food safety procedures and related policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to load and unload goods and equipment safely.
• Experience handling money and operating electronic devices for documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate paperwork.
• Willingness to follow food safety and company procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and drivers.
