Driver Assistant II – Support Transportation of Goods

About the role

The Driver Assistant II provides on‑road support for the transportation of goods, materials and products across the country. Working under regular guidance, you will assist drivers in loading, unloading and delivering items while ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist drivers in the timely and efficient transport of goods to final destinations.
• Load and unload complex goods, materials and equipment according to schedule.
• Handle cash transactions and operate electronic devices for documentation and confirmations.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete, accurate and signed by recipients.
• Provide courteous customer service during each delivery.
• Participate in required training activities and adhere to food‑safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to support drivers in road transportation tasks.
• Experience loading and unloading goods and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and cash handling.
• Willingness to follow food safety and company procedures.
• Commitment to attend training and follow guidance.
