Document Control Intern

About the role

This internship is based onsite at an HPE office and offers hands‑on experience in document control within a technology manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and maintain part numbers and Bills of Material.
• Support preparation, review and release of ECOs, deviations and MCOs.
• Maintain engineering documentation, product records, revisions and release packages.
• Track approvals, follow up on open actions and support document‑control procedures and process improvements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, operations, supply chain, project management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with product development, manufacturing or change‑management processes.
• Exposure to Bills of Material, part numbers, engineering documentation or configuration management.
