Hardware NPI Program Management

About the role

This hybrid position at HPE involves leading and managing hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, coordinating engineering development and implementation for subsystems or components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and critical deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, standards bodies, and track progress against the plan.
• Communicate program status, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor and guide less‑experienced staff members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of experience managing engineering programs or projects.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project planning tools and software for schedule and budget management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating matrixed teams and resources.
