About the role
The Director of Admissions & Client Service leads Maximo Nivel’s inside‑sales and customer‑service function from San Jose, Costa Rica. This role is responsible for driving enrollment, revenue and business sustainability while delivering the first great experience to prospective students, clients and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of 15 Program Advisors and Team Leaders.
- Provide leadership, coaching and daily supervision for sales and client‑service activities.
- Establish quality and performance standards and monitor inbound/outbound calls, emails, leads and queues.
- Oversee sales metrics, enrollment processes and CRM/database management.
- Act as subject‑matter expert on sales strategies and enrollment across the organization.
- Collaborate with accounting and program managers in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Peru on invoicing and payments.
Required profile
- U.S., British, Canadian, European or South African expat preferred; work visa support provided.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5‑8+ years experience leading inside‑sales teams (B2C and B2B).
- Fluent English; advanced Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
- Strong team‑management abilities.
