Experienced Inside Sales Representative – U.S. Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to engage with U.S. customers from our new Escazú office. The role focuses on outbound calling, relationship building and closing sales while using modern sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and cold calls to U.S. prospects, building rapport quickly.
• Listen to customer needs, handle objections and guide conversations toward a sale.
• Follow up consistently, manage leads and keep accurate records.
• Work toward defined quotas, KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Take coaching, continuously improve sales techniques and adapt scripts as needed.

Required profile

• Proven real‑world sales experience with a track record of cold‑calling and closing.
• Exceptional spoken English (native or near‑native).
• Comfortable using technology and learning new sales platforms.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently after training.
