Inside Account Manager

About the role

This position manages daily engagement with assigned accounts, driving revenue and margin growth through strategic, consultative sales. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, account management expertise, and proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships through consultative selling and strategic account planning.
• Drive profitability by analyzing product mix and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across TD SYNNEX's full portfolio of products.
• Represent TD SYNNEX at partner events and act as a subject matter expert across departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales and account management.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting capabilities, and ability to analyze data for business planning.
• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Advanced use of business applications such as Excel and CRM platforms.
