Director, Future Portfolio & Strategic Partnerships – Oncology LATAM

About the role

As a senior individual contributor within a global healthcare leader, you will shape the commercial strategy for future oncology assets and strategic partnerships across Latin America (excluding Brazil and Mexico). You will influence cross‑functional teams worldwide while preparing markets for upcoming launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt the LATAM future oncology portfolio strategy, aligning global and intercontinental plans with regional regulatory, access, medical, commercial, financial and policy considerations.
• Lead opportunity assessment, portfolio prioritisation, early commercial planning and launch‑readiness frameworks for emerging assets.
• Monitor readiness indicators, coordinate with market teams and ensure alignment of launch milestones, market‑access plans and diagnostic dependencies.
• Provide external benchmarks, competitive intelligence and cross‑market insights to inform strategic choices.
• Influence Global, Intercontinental, Regional and Market teams without direct people‑management responsibility.
• Report directly to the Regional Commercial Head, Oncology LATAM and collaborate with senior leaders across functions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in oncology commercial strategy, portfolio management and strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics, regulatory environments and access pathways (excluding Brazil and Mexico).
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross‑functional, multi‑geography teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking and structured problem‑solving capabilities.
