Digital Strategist

About the role

Puratos is seeking a Digital Strategist to lead its digital growth and online customer experience strategy. The role focuses on driving measurable business impact through data‑driven marketing, omnichannel orchestration, and continuous digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across the full customer funnel, from brand awareness to loyalty.
• Own digital channels (website, social, email, e‑commerce platforms such as MyPuratos) to increase traffic and online sales.
• Define, track and optimize KPIs including media performance, conversion rate, CAC, and digital revenue contribution.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys that integrate digital and physical touchpoints and co‑own the lead‑to‑revenue funnel with sales.
• Implement a data‑driven marketing approach, leveraging first‑party data, CRM integration, marketing automation, AI tools and predictive analytics.
• Act as a digital change agent, leading e‑commerce expansion, new tool adoption and data‑privacy compliance while coaching teams on digital best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret web analytics and campaign data.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends, AI in marketing and algorithm changes.
• Creative yet logical thinker who embraces a test‑and‑learn approach.
