Digital Media Performance Senior Analyst

About the role

The Digital Media Performance Senior Analyst supports the Digital Media Performance Strategist in managing a portfolio of clients, producing client deliverables and handling day-to-day campaign management. The role includes reporting, analysis, recommendations for campaign improvement and optimization, and fulfilling implementation requests. Over time, the analyst becomes responsible for several accounts under the Strategist's direction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Strategist with client account management, reporting, analysis and campaign optimization
• Work with the Strategist and the Ad Operations team on renewals and onboarding of new clients
• Identify campaign improvement opportunities and ensure digital media best practices are followed
• Track market insights to build strategies and scale campaigns
• Audit campaigns to ensure they run properly and meet contractual obligations
• Prepare periodic client-facing reports and ad-hoc reports, and provide data content for client presentations

Required profile

• BA or BS degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in paid search or display advertising, managing client campaigns, or in an analytical role, or Google certification
• Fluent English (written and spoken); another European language is a plus
• Out-of-the-box thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with Google Ads (required)
• Social media and Google Analytics experience is a plus
