Campaign Specialist

About the role

MAP, part of WPP, is hiring an entry-level Campaign Specialist for its new Costa Rica office. The role sits within a Centre of Excellence focused on hyper-personalization, marketing automation and CRM, and offers training and tools to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Create e-mails using standard templates, making sure personalisation and subject lines match campaign objectives and appeal to the target audience
• Manage and maintain email marketing calendars so campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
• Check your work carefully to keep campaigns error-free
• Monitor email deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations to protect sender reputation
• Send campaigns by email, push notifications and SMS
• Create workflows and target group criteria in marketing platforms
• Liaise with specialty teams and Solution Experts so that optimised emails reach clients

Required profile

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Proactive, eager to learn about digital marketing and marketing platforms
• Strong English communication skills
• Interest in routine, repetitive and complex tasks

Required skills

• Eagerness to learn Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Braze, with a wish to become certified
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe, and internal tools such as JIRA and Catalyst
