About the role

As a Digital Marketing Transformation Consultant within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice, you will lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies for clients across multiple industries. The role focuses on modernizing marketing, commerce and customer‑care functions through innovative solutions such as Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next‑Generation Customer Care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning, paid media, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM and influencer initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, especially generative AI, into marketing workflows.
• Optimize campaigns across digital channels to drive cost reduction, revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing transformation, measuring impact on front‑end business metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovative tools to continuously enhance service offerings.
