Digital Marketer (Part-time, Hybrid)

About the role

The Digital Marketer will lead Cura Vida Cannabis Clinics’ online presence, creating and executing digital campaigns that raise awareness of our medicinal cannabis services. This part‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration in Escazu with remote work, allowing you to shape our brand while respecting regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and display channels.
• Manage and grow social media profiles, producing engaging posts, graphics and short‑form videos.
• Develop website and blog content, ensuring copy is clear, compliant and aligned with the clinic’s tone.
• Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools, generate reports and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Support brand consistency, guaranteeing all messaging complies with healthcare and cannabis regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements for medicinal cannabis advertising.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with medical and support staff.
