Digital Experience Project Manager, Email & Mobile

About the role

Roche is looking for a Digital Experience Project Manager, Email & Mobile within its Enterprise Project Services Business Line (RSS). You will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, execution and optimization of lifecycle email and SMS campaigns for house and VAE programs, partnering with Marketing, Product and agencies to deliver compliant, high-quality communications for Genentech and Roche brands. Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, from intake and creative handoff through QA, UAT and deployment
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Owners, execution teams and external agencies to prioritize and run initiatives that drive engagement and conversion
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, balancing priorities, stakeholder expectations and technical constraints while meeting milestones and approvals
• Design, document and improve toolkits, standards and processes, including campaign calendars and playbooks
• Act as main contact for internal teams and vendors, driving adoption of new tools, processes and systems

Required profile

• Robust marketing automation experience, including hands-on execution of email and SMS campaigns (setup, segmentation, QA, optimization, performance monitoring)
• Strong project management skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification; Scrum Master or similar agile certification is a plus
