Digital Developer Specialist Lead

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing Excellence team is looking for a Digital Developer Specialist Lead to shape and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will work with creative and strategic professionals to turn innovative ideas into high‑impact digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, edit and maintain web pages and sites on Deloitte.com, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Create, edit and publish digital assets across web, social media, email and podcast channels.
• Support site maintenance, personalization and content‑targeting activities.
• Use multiple content‑management tools to schedule and audit digital publications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Deloitte’s story through integrated, data‑driven marketing campaigns.
