Digital Campaign Manager – Marketing Automation

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing automation campaigns for its clients. The role bridges strategy, creative, data, and production teams to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate campaign strategy, leveraging data optimization and performance insights.
• Coordinate timelines, manage client expectations, and collaborate with technical leads for successful execution.
• Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly client meetings, presenting performance reports and recommendations.
• Coach on‑shore and off‑shore campaign teams, identifying growth opportunities and expanding service offerings.
• Streamline business processes, forecast resource utilization, and oversee end‑to‑end campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign analytics.
• Proven ability to work in a client‑facing environment within the information technology sector.

Required skills

• Marketing automation platforms: Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys.
• Email marketing and campaign management tools.
• Data analysis, segmentation, test/control design, and reporting.
• Project management certifications: PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL (preferred).
