Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist

About the role

Roche’s Global Digital Hub is looking for a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist to ensure the timely and high‑quality delivery of digital campaign content. You will work closely with affiliate and global brand teams, third‑party vendors and campaign coordinators to manage projects from initiation through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end content creation and delivery process for affiliate and global digital campaigns.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise content requests to align with expectations.
• Instruct stakeholders on new processes that improve efficiency.
• Support Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Coordinators in client communications, change management and service offering discussions.
• Follow existing processes, establish governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• At least 1 + years of proven project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
