DevOps Engineer – Build CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a pragmatic DevOps Engineer to join our newly formed DevOps team. You will help shape the long‑term DevOps strategy, work closely with development and IT teams, and use DORA metrics to drive improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Iterate on and expand YAML‑based CI/CD pipelines, moving away from UI‑driven configurations to version‑controlled “configuration as code”.
• Ensure all infrastructure is observable and instrumented, delivering high‑value telemetry through tools such as DataDog.
• Automate workflows to create pre‑production environments that closely mirror production.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and trends.
• Leverage DORA metrics to prioritize work and measure success.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in software development and a pragmatic engineering mindset.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and a strong interest in building a unified engineering platform.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics is a plus.
