Desktop Support Technician

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on‑site and remote assistance to end users. You will ensure that hardware and software resources are deployed, maintained, and troubleshooted efficiently, supporting the company’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Helpdesk team with secure deployment of workstations, portable devices, keyboards, mice, monitors and telephony equipment.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware and software issues via voice, SMS and chat channels.
• Support IT operations, including data‑center and office cabling tasks when required.
• Deliver training on various applications to team members and operational staff.
• Monitor daily support activities and suggest process improvements to maximise technology efficiency.
