Designer (Visual & AI)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Designer who can create high‑quality digital and visual assets while integrating emerging AI technologies into the creative workflow. The role blends strong graphic fundamentals with a curiosity for generative AI tools, supporting a variety of projects from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt digital and visual assets for diverse creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, typography, color palettes, and imagery using Adobe Photoshop and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Explore, test, and incorporate AI‑powered tools such as Midjourney and other generative platforms to enhance ideation and asset creation.
• Craft and refine prompts for generative AI tools, contributing to agentic creative workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Associate Creatives, and cross‑functional teams, translating feedback into production‑ready designs.
• Maintain organized design files and assets in Figma and related tools, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, digital, or visual design.
• Strong foundational knowledge of graphic design principles, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt to varying project needs, learn new tools quickly, and balance creativity with execution.
