Freelance Digital Designer – E‑commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Digital Designer to create impactful visual solutions for Fortune 500 e‑commerce clients. A portfolio link is required for consideration. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with an assigned team to align creative work with brand and retailer objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through production, ensuring final assets meet agency and client branding goals.
• Scale, crop, retouch, resize, and adjust layouts to spec while maintaining brand guidelines for color, font, and production quality.
• Create and execute multiple design solutions that adhere to brand standards and strategic direction.
• Maintain the highest creative quality and integrity, updating design and technical skills continuously.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Creative, meticulous, and goal‑oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments.
• Able to translate sketches into polished designs for POS, digital/mobile, print, and other mediums.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of resolution, color accuracy, CMYK/RGB, spot vs. process colors, and vector vs. raster formats.

Required skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Photo editing, retouching, and compositing.
• Experience with e‑commerce design projects.
• Understanding of digital and print production processes.
