Desarrollador Oracle (Remoto con movilidad a Costa Rica)

About the role

Rekluti, a technology talent consultancy in LATAM, is looking for an Oracle Developer to support large‑scale software projects for its international clients. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel to Costa Rica when project needs require on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and optimize transactional and analytical systems using Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Build, migrate and support applications in Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher and Oracle APEX.
• Manage the full development lifecycle with Azure DevOps, ensuring documented deliverables and a six‑month technical warranty.
• Handle production incidents, provide on‑call support and participate in technical guard duties as defined by the contract.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least two recent Oracle development projects within the last ten years.
• Current Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate (OCA) or Professional (OCP) and Oracle APEX Cloud Developer Professional certification.
• Active Scrum and DevOps certifications are a plus.
