Demand and Production Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Demand and Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will balance market demand with production capacity, ensuring optimal inventory levels and on‑time delivery of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and perform regular forecast analysis.
• Create production schedules that align with capacity constraints and lead‑time requirements.
• Execute Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to guarantee material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify excess or shortages, and implement optimization strategies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in production or material planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level, both written and verbal.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
