About the role

This individual contributor position supports senior team members in delivering data‑driven insights. The role focuses on gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis, as well as helping to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in collecting and organizing targeted data variables using systematic processes.
• Perform data cleaning, merging, and extraction across multiple sources and execute routine data refreshes.
• Support the preparation of data sets for analytic projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Conduct basic descriptive statistical analyses and calculate simple algorithms under guidance.
• Create and edit reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify business needs, define outcome measures, and document processes.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and automation of reporting solutions.
