Data Analytics & Visualization Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Data Analytics & Visualization Specialist to design, build and maintain interactive dashboards that support data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise. The role combines data analysis, reporting and collaboration with engineers and analysts to improve product quality and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce and Marketo to analyze marketing funnel performance and generate regular reports.
• Develop and maintain visually appealing dashboards using predefined design templates.
• Gather requirements from cross‑functional teams and incorporate feedback into dashboard designs.
• Monitor data workflows to ensure timely and seamless updates of dashboards and reports.
• Proactively resolve disruptions to minimise impact on data delivery schedules.
• Produce periodic performance reports that provide actionable insights for decision‑makers.
• Execute ad‑hoc data pulls and perform in‑depth analysis to support business inquiries and special projects.
• Identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities through thorough data exploration.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in data‑driven environments and dashboard development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to data integrity and quality assurance.
