Data Analyst III – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst III to join our LATAM team on a fully remote basis from Costa Rica. You will turn complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions across finance, operations, and product functions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Power BI or similar tools.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business, finance, operations, and analytics teams to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Python or another analytical programming language.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools.
