About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Client Foundation Data Administrator to manage and maintain client data objects. The role involves monitoring service requests, validating data, and ensuring the accuracy of client deployment records.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and understand ServiceNow client foundation data objects and related administrative duties.
- Monitor incoming Service Requests, assess them, and self‑assign work as appropriate.
- Research, validate, and fulfill data‑related requests.
- Follow specific guidance provided by the assigned leader.
- Perform data‑cleansing activities such as name changes, adding missing client deployments, and correcting existing record errors.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership and work flexible hours during peak periods.
