Customer Success Manager – Americas (Remote)

About the role
Oyster is looking for a passionate, results‑driven Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with its Americas customers. Working fully remote, you will ensure clients achieve their goals with the platform and enjoy a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers, driving engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve health cases assigned to your portfolio.
- Respond to customer inquiries within the Success scope, delivering timely solutions.
- Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and escalation calls to boost adoption.
- Manage escalations and collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
- Leverage data‑driven insights to understand customer needs and advocate for them internally.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability in customer success.
Required profile
- Passionate and results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience managing customer relationships and handling escalations.
- Ability to work remotely within the -3 to -8 UTC time zones (Americas).
- Data‑driven approach to customer success.
