Planner Comercial y de Inventarios

About the role

La Confianza is looking for an analytical and business‑oriented Commercial and Inventory Planner. You will turn sales, inventory, product and supply data into clear recommendations that help the company sell better, protect margins and reduce unproductive stock.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance by product, category, supplier, location, channel and period.
• Build and maintain clear, reproducible models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prepare forecasts and inventory scenarios, document assumptions and compare with actual results.
• Identify excess stock, stock‑outs, low rotation, aged inventory, margin erosion and data anomalies.
• Recommend purchase, replenishment, transfer, markdown or product exit actions, explaining expected impact and risks.
• Track decisions and measure post‑implementation outcomes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, stores, logistics, CEDI, e‑commerce and Information & Operations teams.
• Use Shopify, spreadsheets, automation and responsible AI tools for analysis.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in commercial analysis, demand planning, inventory management or related functions.
• Strong quantitative thinking, commercial sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain analysis methodology, assumptions and decision relevance.
• Integrity when dealing with incomplete information and a proactive approach to filling data gaps.
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent proven experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (data cleaning, formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, visualization).
• Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Shopify platform.
