Customer Success Consultant (Remote)

About the role

As a Customer Success Consultant at TransUnion, you will be the trusted advisor for premium SaaS customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, adoption, and strategic consulting. This remote position focuses on maximizing the value of TransUnion’s fraud and identity solutions while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of premium customers.
• Lead engagements such as onboarding, training, operational reviews, fraud analysis, and adoption initiatives.
• Provide expertise on TransUnion’s fraud and identity platforms to develop innovative solutions.
• Develop and execute success strategies that drive product utilization and long‑term value.
• Monitor customer sentiment, adoption trends, and maintain executive‑level communication.
• Manage all phases of customer projects, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
• Analyze challenges, identify root causes, and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross‑functional teams to relay feedback and influence product development.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in consulting, customer success, project or implementation management, fraud management, or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to identify customer opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consultative problem‑solving skills.
