Junior Data Analyst

About the role

The Junior Data Analyst will work within the Data Office to triage and resolve data quality and integration tickets escalated by Customer Service. This hybrid position requires a detail‑oriented professional who can ensure the integrity of internal and customer data across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and resolve data quality and integration tickets within defined SLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis by tracing data lineage and identifying source system discrepancies.
• Map CRUD processes to understand data flows and pinpoint gaps.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation for internal processes, data policies, and resolution runbooks.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Operations Manager and the broader Data Office to support business enablement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a support‑related role.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work under structured policies, process frameworks, and strict operational timelines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Jira Cloud for ticket management.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Reltio, SAP, or ServiceNow.
• Experience working in a global support or shared‑services environment.
